Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to pay

  • Payments are made by UPI only, to shoebhakim-1@oksbi from any UPI app. Each service page shows the exact amount.
  • We do not share bank account details and do not accept card payments on this site.
  • Fees are shown as final amounts. GST is not charged.
  • Travel Assist may also be paid in INR cash at the first meeting, against a written receipt, as explained on the Travel Assist page.
  • We will never ask for your card number, OTP or UPI PIN.

Confirmation and receipts

Payments are checked manually against the UPI transaction reference (UTR) you provide. Once verified, we confirm by email and issue a receipt where applicable.

Training, lectures and workshops

  • The booking fee shown on the Book Now page secures your date and is non-refundable.
  • You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 7 days' notice.
  • Cancel 7 or more days before the date: everything you paid beyond the booking fee is refunded.
  • Cancel within 7 days of the date: no refund, but you can reschedule once within 90 days.

Ask an Expert (written query)

  • Full refund if you cancel before work on your answer starts, or if your query is declined as outside the desk's scope.
  • Non-refundable once the answer has been sent.

Mentorship, roadmap and advisory packages, and subscriptions

  • Full refund within 48 hours of payment, as long as no session or deliverable has been provided.
  • After that, sessions and deliverables already provided are not refunded.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next cycle. The current month is not refunded.

Travel Assist

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the start date: the advance is refunded in full.
  • Cancel within 7 days: the advance is non-refundable, but you can reschedule once within 90 days.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel or move a session, you choose: a full refund or a free reschedule.

How refunds are paid

Email [email protected] with your payment reference (UTR). Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the same UPI ID the payment came from.
