Heavenly Father,
In the silence of our hearts, we carry wounds and sorrows that we often cannot express.
We come before You, seeking Your healing touch for the things we don’t talk about.
Lord, You know our innermost thoughts and pains. We ask for Your grace to heal the hidden hurts and to bring peace to our troubled minds. May Your love envelop us, restoring our spirits and renewing our strength.
Jesus, our Savior, You bore our sufferings and carried our sorrows. We place our trust in Your compassionate heart.
Heal us from the pain that lingers in the shadows, and grant us the courage to face each day with hope.
Holy Spirit, guide us towards the light of Your truth. Help us to find comfort in Your presence and to share our burdens with those who can support us.
Fill us with Your peace and joy, even in the midst of our struggles.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
