Even top bosses go on leave during this period. MNC employees abroad begin taking leave from December 10th until January 2nd of the following year.
You will find that all deadlines are either completed before this date or postponed to a later date.
Also, in special cases, if it is unavoidable to delay any work or situation, they either divert it to their staff in another country or commit a lesser number of hours per day during that period.
If we start doing this in India, it will be an ideal gift to all employees. We can work overtime before the Diwali holidays and complete the deadlines and deliverables.Imagine spending time with family and relatives in your hometown. The thought of this will bring joy and happiness to the faces of people who are reading this line. The happiness we get with this time spent cannot be achieved by any gift or sweets.
