The e-Daakhil portal has been successfully implemented throughout India, offering a cost-effective, swift, and user-friendly solution for lodging consumer complaints.

Officially launched on September 7, 2020, this platform is now available to users in every state and union territory, including the remote region of Ladakh. To date, it has attracted 281,024 registered users and has processed 198,725 cases, with 38,453 of those cases successfully resolved.

In addition to this, the government is in the process of introducing e-Jagriti, a new initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency of case filing, tracking, and management, thereby ensuring a seamless experience for consumers and all involved parties.

The e-Daakhil system enables consumers and their advocates to register using OTP or email verification, submit complaints, make payments, and monitor the status of their cases online. The government is dedicated to the ongoing enhancement and expansion of this platform to better serve the changing needs of consumers.
