We seek a diligent and professional individual to manage all cleaning and pantry operations. This role is fundamental to the firm’s daily efficiency and professional image.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Basic literacy (ability to read and write simple instructions in Hindi or Marathi) is required.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of verifiable experience in a dedicated cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality role, preferably within a corporate office, hotel, or professional services setting.
  • Hygiene Knowledge: Proven knowledge of standard cleaning and sanitation practices, including the safe use and storage of cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Health & Safety: Familiarity with basic office safety rules and personal hygiene standards is mandatory.

Professional Attributes

  • Demeanor: Must possess a professional, discreet, and trustworthy demeanor when working around confidential office materials and sensitive client areas.
  • Punctuality: Excellent time management skills and a commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative to address cleaning needs without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Office Cleaning & Sanitation (70%):
    • Perform daily deep cleaning and sanitization of all office areas, including partner cabins, workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
    • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and polish furniture, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
    • Ensure timely disposal of all waste and recycling materials.
  • Pantry & Hospitality (30%):
    • Manage and maintain the office pantry, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
    • Stock and organize kitchen supplies, beverages, and snacks.
    • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for staff, clients, and visitors, particularly during meetings.
    • Assist the administrative team with the setup and cleanup for internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaners, and pantry appliances are kept clean and in good working condition.
