We seek a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our professional online presence, manage our digital channels, and strategically position the firm as a thought leader in our specialized fields.
This is a key role for a marketer who understands the nuances of professional services marketing and can drive measurable client engagement through digital strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role. Experience in the Legal, Finance, or Professional Services sector is highly preferred.
- SEO/SEM Proficiency: Proven experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, content marketing, and managing basic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads).
- Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM), particularly LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), for professional brand building and managing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track website traffic, campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Content Creation: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or basic Adobe Suite) and excellent legal/business writing abilities for blog posts and social media copy.
- Lead Generation Focus: Experience with converting digital engagement into qualified leads (e.g., landing page optimization, email marketing setup).
- Web Management: Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for simple website updates and maintenance.
- Confidentiality: High degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive firm and client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & SEO Strategy: Implement and manage the firm’s SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building to improve organic search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all social media activity (primarily LinkedIn) to drive professional engagement and showcase firm expertise.
- Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, sponsored content) within defined budgets to generate leads and awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization to firm management.
- Website Maintenance: Oversee basic website health, content updates, and ensure all digital assets align with the firm’s brand and ethical guidelines.
